I finally got around to getting my own webhost, rather than relying on the webspace generously provided by my Internet Service Provider. Now when you go to daSilvia.org it actually goes to that domain instead of redirecting to my ISP Personal Webspace. I even have an email address randal @ dasilvia.org that I can receive AND send from. Small things make me smile… 
For AU$9.95 per month Web City provides a very impressive package… Well, impressive for a network newbie like myself. I’m sure there are cheaper packages elsewhere (ie. overseas) but I’m happy with the services they offer…
